I understand the challenges firsthand – as a chef, a consumer, and someone with celiac disease, I know how expensive it can be to eat well, when gluten-free options are a necessity. I founded The Good Flour Company with our gluten-free baking issues in mind. Our goal is simple: to make it easier and more affordable for families and home bakers to create gluten-free meals and snacks without breaking the bank.

At The Good Flour Co., we primarily package our gluten-free flour blends in food service sizes, which allows us to reduce plastic use, packaging costs, and the need for small, pricey 1-pound bags. And the best part? It’s the same high-quality, allergen-free flour in both the smaller and larger bags. By offering it in bulk, we can pass those savings on to you – whether you're a home baker, small business owner, or simply someone who loves baking safe, gluten-free goodies for family and friends.

Our GF facility is also top 10 allergen-free (and oat free), so if you or someone in your family has multiple allergies on the list you are safe here.  If you have other allergies please reach out. We are an open book willing to help by answer any questions you have.

To make buying more affordable, I invite you to join our "Chef Jens Wholesale Club" and access bulk pricing. There are no complicated prerequisites – simply subscribe, and you’ll have access to our Baker’s Bulk Buy section. You’ll receive your flour in a clear 3kg bag; while it may not be as cute as the 1-pound bags, the savings are substantial, making gluten-free baking more accessible.

Together, we can build a community where we share recipes, successes, and tips so that no one has to worry about wasted ingredients while testing recipes. Let's make gluten-free baking not just doable but affordable and enjoyable for everyone in our community.
